This new construction project created a new school in 20,000 sq ft on 2 floors in Manhattan. The project provided classrooms, library, nursing practice, bench and computer labs, break, study, lunch, and administrative spaces.

The project was valued at $3.6 million dollars and was completed in 2006.

Mr. Lanzarone provided Construction Management services including  design and constructability review, bidding and award, schedule development and maintenance, weekly progress meetings, submittal, sample review approval tracking, coordinating multiple contractors & FF&E vendors, monitoring work progress, & compliance with contract documents, applications for payment, monthly cost reports, negotiation and approval of change orders, regulatory approvals, move in coordination and warranty management.
